Are my business processes still providing the best service for my clients? The process of collecting, structuring, and maintaining requirements is called requirements engineering. We are the leading specialists for requirements management in the area of large and distributed eID projects, such as national e-passport or e-health systems.

Our requirements engineering process is based on a series of methodologies and tools designed specifically to map a clear requirements engineering blueprint.

Together with the s-lab - Software Quality Lab of the University of Paderborn, we have developed the MMASQ (Model-centric Methodology for Analysis, Specification and Qualification) featuring our V-Model approach.

The V-Model is to deliver a methodology that analysis initial requirements from the future operator of the solution. In our case, these are mainly governments. The requirements will then be taken by suppliers and turned into product specifications and ultimately into the solution. After delivery the V-Model is defining the process of testing the solution against the initial requirements. The HJP approach to the V-Model is based on latest research results.
